Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System
PoliSys® is a multi-media, browser-based software solution that includes Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management System (RMS), and full mobile computing. Its capabilities include GIS enabled crime analysis, National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) interface and numerous reporting functions including Uniform Crime Reports (UCR). While the PoliSys system seamlessly integrates the main functionalities of CAD, RMS, and mobile data computers (MDC), it also serves the needs of reporting, vehicle maintenance management, personnel scheduling, and time and attendance. PoliSys interfaces with other data sources such as the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and the State Crime Information Center (SCIC).
PoliSys offers a range of full-featured capabilities, with two system configurations to meet your needs and budget: PoliSysSE and PoliSysEE.
PoliSys Standard Edition (PoliSysSE) is for single headquarters and small to mid-sized municipal agencies. PoliSysSE is a comprehensive and integrated single-solution platform that offers CAD, RMS, and full mobile computing.

PoliSysEE provides a real-time link between agencies, with flexibility and user-friendly features that enables each agency to configure the system to meet their needs, yet jointly respond to events while retaining individual requirements.
